Summary

Biography

Orlando is one of the emerging stars in college basketball.   As a freshman last year he was an honorable mention All-American and because of his remarkable 10.5 ppf, 8.5 rpg, and 3.0 bpg in the national tournament, he was named to the All-tournament team.  He also finished seventh in the nation with 11.8 rpg and was third with 4.2 bpg, but his work in the paint is only part of the story.  He runs the floor well, can shoot from a variety of ranges, and has the kind of fire and desire that can’t be taught.   He was, though, taught very well, having played for John Calipari and the Dominican Republic National team over the summer.
 
Orlando is an avid bike rider, fisherman, and swimmer.
